The full SQAI Suite will be setup according to your local data regulations. Typically, according to GDPR, data of European countries cannot leave Europe and is this taken into account during the setup of you account.

Our full platform is setup within the Amazon Webservices Cloud environment and therefore we can use global data centers to setup the accounts.

Naturally, we recognize the importance of storing data in compliance with local and international data protection regulations. We offer a regional cloud storage setup based on your preferences and regulatory requirements.

1. Regional Cloud Setup:

   • By default, your data is stored in the AWS data center located in Dublin, Ireland.

   • This region ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other European data protection laws.

   • You may also request that your data be stored in another region in accordance with your local laws. In such cases, we configure storage to be in a specific AWS data center within your region.

2. Global Compliance:

   • For regions with specific data residency requirements, we ensure that data remains within the appropriate legal boundaries.
