The "Train Your Instance" page allows you to manage all the sources uploaded to your instance of the SQAI suite. These sources are specific to your firm or application and are accessible only within your company's SQAI suite.
Source Types
Currently, you can choose from three different source types:
1. Documents: Upload specific files from your desktop. Note that there are restrictions on file size (maximum 20MB) and supported file types.
2. Integrations: Establish links with other applications, such as Confluence, that could be beneficial.
3. Public Links: Add URLs to external websites.
Train your instance page
On this page, you can search, manage, add, and delete sources. Below, we discuss the functionalities available.
Search
Utilize the search bar at the top of the "Train Your Instance" page to search through the list of available sources.

Uploading or Updating Sources
You can upload new sources or update existing ones to meet the specific needs of your firm or application.
To add a new source, click the "Upload New Source" button located at the top right of the page. This will open a pop-up where you can select the type of source you wish to add.

All the types have a different way of adding a source.
Documents:
Drag and drop files into the designated area or click the "Browse File(s)" button to open a file explorer. Multiple files can be added at once (currently bugged).
Files must be under 20MB and of supported types. Duplicate files cannot be added.
Files meeting the requirements will appear in black; otherwise, they will be highlighted in red with an error message.

Integrations:
A dropdown menu will appear for selecting the desired integration option. After selection, proceed with the upload.

Public Links:
Enter a valid URL in the provided text field. Once a valid URL is entered, you can proceed with the upload

Before uploading, ensure you check the consent checkbox. The message next to the checkbox varies depending on the source type, confirming consent for SQAI to use the source.

Click the "Let’s Start Training" button to begin the upload. A spinner will indicate the upload process, followed by a success message upon completion. The new source will appear in the list with the status "Created." If updating an existing source, it will not be duplicated; instead, the status will change to "Updated."

Synchronizing Sources
To change the status of a source to "Ready," click the sync button next to the search bar. The status will initially change to "Processing…" and will automatically update to "Ready" without needing to resync. A simple page refresh will suffice.
