After choosing your plan, or activating a free trial or demo via our website, you will get a personalized invitation e-mail to access your SQAI Suite Account within 24 hours. By using the link and credentials in the e-mail you will be able to access your account.
When logging into the application for the first time, the process differs slightly from the standard login flow. Here's what to expect:
Login Page: The login page will appear as usual. Enter your email address and the password provided to you.
Password Change and Profile Setup: After clicking the "Sign In" button, you will be directed to a page where you must change your password. Additionally, you'll be prompted to enter your first and last name.

Two-Factor Authentication Setup: Once you've updated your password and profile information, you'll need to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). You have the option to use either the Microsoft Authenticator app, Google Authenticator app, or any other authenticator app supporting QR Codes to activate 2FA.
QR Code Scanning: To complete the 2FA setup, scan the QR code displayed on the screen using your chosen authentication app. This will add the SQAI suite to your app, enhancing the security of your account. After adding SQAI suite to one of the apps, a code will be available. You need to fill in this code to continue.
By following these steps, you'll successfully complete the first-time login process and ensure your account is secure with two-factor authentication.
