Can SQAI pull knowledge directly from our Confluence?

Absolutely! Once your Confluence instance is securely connected to SQAI Suite, the entire content of your designated Confluence Spaces is immediately made available to our AI Agents, or as we like to call them, Virtual Test Engineers (VTEs).

1. This integration means that at any point in time, whether in a new conversation or an ongoing one, a user can ask specific questions about information residing within Confluence. By simply using the "Confluence" keyword followed by your query, the VTE specifically responsible for reading and processing Confluence data will pick up your inquiry.

2. It will then quickly process your request, retrieve the relevant information, and return it to you directly within the chat.

3. Even better, this information is accompanied by linked sources. This transparency allows you to directly access the exact Confluence page from which the information was drawn, right out of the chat, for deeper context or verification. Simply click the Confluence Page you would like to read, and you’ll end up directly at the right spot inside your Confluence Space.
