How to become a SQAI Partner

This article explains how to become a SQAI Service or Technology Partner

Updated this week

Partners are our most valuable customer success asset. Throughout our collaboration you will notice a ‘partner first‘ mentality!

You can create a request via our website to become a SQAI Partner to start the process.

Becoming a SQAI Suite partner is focused on mutual growth, bringing AI-powered testing solutions to market, and transforming QA service delivery.

The general process involves several key steps:

1. Initial Inquiry and Qualification

  • Contact SQAI Suite: The first step is to express interest directly via our website's partnership page. You would initiate a conversation with our CSM.

  • Initial Review: SQAI Suite evaluates the prospective partner's profile, focusing on areas like:

    • Expertise: Deep experience in QA, Test Automation, and Enterprise systems

    • Market Reach: Geographic presence and target customer base

    • Alignment: Strategic fit with SQAI's mission of delivering "Supercharged Software Delivery."

2. Strategic Alignment and Business Planning

  • Discovery Meeting: You and the SQAI Partner Management team discuss the strategic fit, potential markets, and desired partnership model (Community Member, Service- or Technology Partner)

  • Define Value Proposition: Clearly articulate how integrating SQAI Suite into your service offerings will generate new revenue and improve efficiency for your customers

  • Draft Partner Agreement: Formalize the terms, including pricing, revenue share, commitment levels, and technical support access.

3. Technical Enablement and Certification

  • Platform Access: The partner gains access to a dedicated SQAI Suite demo/training instance

  • SQAI Academy Certification: Your technical and sales teams must complete the SQAI Enabled Test Engineer (SETE) curriculum (Level 1 and 2, at minimum) to deeply understand the platform and effective prompting techniques. This is crucial for successful integration and customer support.

  • Integration Sandbox: You begin testing the seamless integration with your preferred tech stack (e.g., integrating SQAI with your own Playwright, BrowserStack, or documentation systems).

4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Launch

  • Joint Marketing: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, joint press releases, or content promoting the combined solution.

  • First Deal & Success Story: Successfully close the first client deal together and use it as a foundation for a compelling case study to demonstrate real-world ROI and value.

This process ensures that both your team and SQAI Suite are fully equipped and aligned to deliver genuine, measurable value to the end customer.
