When you are in the main screen of the SQAI Suite application, you will find the main navigation on the left side of the screen.

Ther in the bottom you can find your name and a cog icon, click on that:

Once arrived on the profile settings page, you can find on the left side a screen to update your personal information:

Change name or mail address

To update your name or email address, follow these steps:

  1. Enter New Information: Input your new first name, last name, or email address in the appropriate fields on the settings page.

  2. Save Changes: Click the ‘Save changes’ button. This will prompt an authentication window to verify your identity.

  3. Authentication: A verification code will be sent to your current email address. Enter this code in the verification pop-up window.

  4. Submit Verification: Click ‘Submit’ to confirm the changes. Once verified, your new information will be saved.

On the right side of this section, you can find the information to update your password.

Change password

To change your password, please adhere to the following steps and requirements:

  1. Enter Current Password: Fill in your current password in the designated field.

  2. Enter New Password: Input your new password. Ensure it meets the following criteria:

    • At least 8 characters long

    • Contains both lower and upper case letters

    • Includes numbers

    • Contains special characters

  3. Confirm New Password: Re-enter the new password in the ‘Confirm new password’ field to ensure they match.

  4. Save New Password: Click ‘Save password’ to update your password. If successful, a confirmation message will appear. If there are any issues, an error message will be displayed.
