What types of partnerships are available?
Currently we we offer 2 distinct partnership tiers: Service Partnerships (for reselling and implementation) and Integration Partnerships (for technology integrations or white-labeling). You can consult your partnership tier in this portal.
How do I register or track my deals?
You can submit and monitor deal registrations via your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM). You'll have this person's full contact details and/or access to our Deal Registration Form via your unique partner code.
Where can I find marketing materials and training?
We have a section here that holds our basic marketing assets. For dedicated training, both sales and technical you will get exclusive partner access to our Online Academy's Partner Courses.
How do I get technical or implementation support?
You can open a support ticket via you dedicated CSM.
How do I submit feature requests or share feedback?
You can use our publicly available Roadmap and wishlist to upvote features you need. Additionally you can provide feedback and make additional requests via your dedicated CSM.
Can I switch from one partnership type to another?
